Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. Below are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

Shipment process and processing time
Make sure that you enter both your correct email and phone number for the best possible shipping process.

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday and deliver on working days.

Once we have shipped your order, we will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number. Please check the that the information on the shipping details are correct and contact us at post@helle.no if they are not. Follow the Link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges will be decided and notified to you at the time of checkout. All delivery times are to be considered estimates:

DHL: All shipments are shipped with DHL Express if not otherwise stated. Estimated delivery time depends on where you are located, but are generelly 3-7 working days in the northern hemisphere and 7-10 working days in the southern hemisphere. 

• We ship DAP to a number of international destinations. Please note that international shipping costs paid at checkout do not include any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • The only exception to this general rule is Canada where we ship DDP:
• Customers are solely responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping, including but not limited to, tariffs, taxes, and other costs.
